No. We bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning, including a professional-grade vacuum and swiffers for your floors. If you'd like us to use a specific product on certain surfaces, you may request it and let us know where the product will be so our cleaners can find it.
We would like for our client to be home on the first visit, though about half of our clients aren't home while we clean. Make sure you include accurate instructions for gaining entry to the home when scheduling online. A $25 lockout will be charged if we cannot gain entry.
We love pets. Our cleaners work around them all the time and we never have any issues. The loud noise of the vacuum does occasionally cause a scare and in cases like that we're always happy to accommodate special arrangements.
Tips are always appreciated, but your cleaning service will always be great no matter what.
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. We can also take checks. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.
That's OK. Simply call us to schedule an appointment and that you'd only like certain areas, such as the common areas, and not anything else. We will book at a minimum of $100. We will make sure your requests are met. Alternatively, if you need more time or something different, you may use our hourly service which is designed for exactly those situations.
Yes. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the residence or business, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. If an open ended (hourly) cleaning is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.If a cleaning is rescheduled by the client less than 24 hours in advance, rather than cancelled, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.We adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our valued cleaners.
If our initial estimates are off and we're able to clean your home faster than expected, we will provide a partial refund for the time not needed and our cleaners will add a note to your account ensuring subsequent cleanings do not go over what's necessary.
